These are some of our most commonly asked questions:

What payment options do you offer and can I pay with PayPal?

Most major credit and debit cards are accepted in store. If you don't have a credit card and you want to pay via PayPal, this is currently not available through the website. However if you contact us directly we should be able to help and process your order manually instead.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order has been received, there is a processing period of 2-3 business days. Once processed, the item will be shipped out via tracked post. We aim to get all orders to your door within 10 business days.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes we do offer worldwide shipping. Please note, if you are NOT based in Europe or America then your order might take slightly longer to arrive.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

At this time we do not offer refunds. Please refer to the sizing guide so that you do not order the incorrect size. However if something is noticeably wrong or there is some fault with the product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

I want a colour that is not offered on your website. Can you make it an option for me?

If you see a product that you like and want a colour that is not offered, get in touch and we might be able to help.
